By accessing or using SeedOps ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SeedOps is a business management platform designed for hydroseeding and erosion control contractors. The Service includes quoting tools, job scheduling, invoicing, payment collection, and crew management features.

3. Account Registration

To use SeedOps, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription & Billing

SeedOps offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Free Trial

New accounts may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free trial offer at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfering with the security or integrity of the Service
• Reselling or sublicensing the Service without authorization
• Uploading malicious code or content

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into SeedOps. We do not claim ownership of your business data, customer records, or documents. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

SeedOps and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SeedOps and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeedOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination upon request.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
